Embark on this rewarding journey with us.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Graduate from PLACE Launch</li><li>Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly</li><li>Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes</li><li>Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers</li><li>Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology</li><li>Conduct open houses</li><li>Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments</li><li>Participate in script practice</li><li>Participate in team activities</li><li>Commit to 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings</li><li>Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
