• Assist clients in buying and selling properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
• Conduct market research to identify property values, trends, and competitive listings in the San Gabriel Valley, LA county and surrounding areas
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local real estate laws and company policies
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
• Stay current with industry regulations, licensing requirements, and continuing education to maintain professional credentials

• Valid real estate license in the state of California
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a licensed real estate agent
• Minimum of 5 closed deals per year (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality

$120,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
