Responsibilities

  • Training & Mentorship – Engage in hands-on training, role-playing, and demonstrations led by a seasoned agent to master industry best practices.
  • Lead Development – Utilize our robust lead generation system with active buyers and sellers, while also practicing our PLACE lead generation methods weekly to enhance your personal prospecting skills.
  • Hosting Open Houses – Leverage your friendly demeanor alongside our proven strategies to conduct open houses that draw in potential buyers and sellers for current listings.
  • Effective Communication – Apply tested relationship-building techniques to transform conversations into meaningful appointments.
  • Script Practice – Participate in weekly script rehearsals within a supportive environment to sharpen your communication abilities.
  • Collaborative Team Environment – Join dynamic team activities designed to build strong connections and a sense of community.
  • Ongoing Coaching & Development – Benefit from weekly one-on-one coaching, engaging training sessions, and Partner Calls to exchange insights and foster continuous growth.
  • Client Consultation – Utilize established systems and technology to expertly guide buyers and sellers through every step of the home buying and selling journey.
  • Property Matching – Identify homes that align with your clients’ preferences and secure signed buyer agreements to help them find their ideal residence.
  • Negotiation Expertise – Employ proven scripts and strategies to negotiate offers that achieve win-win outcomes exceeding client expectations.
  • Administrative Support – Rely on our dedicated support team to handle up to 75% of the typical Buyer's Agent tasks, allowing you to focus on client relationships.
  • Advanced Technology Use – Take advantage of our innovative PLACE Technology to streamline client management, helping you consistently meet your personal and professional goals while delivering exceptional service.

Compensation

$75,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
