• Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from initial contact to closing.
• Prospect and generate new leads, building and nurturing a strong client pipeline.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Prepare and present competitive market analyses (CMAs).
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and real estate regulations in the East Bay.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

• Valid California Real Estate License.
• Proven track record of success in real estate (preferred, but motivated new agents encouraged to apply).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency with real estate technology and CRM systems.
• Deep knowledge of the East Bay real estate market (a plus).

$50,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
