• At least 8–10 closed transactions per year

• Active Virginia Real Estate License
• Already closed a few transactions per year (or equivalent experience)
• Coachable and growth-minded — open to feedback, accountability, and leveling up
• Goal-driven with a strong desire to push beyond “good enough”
• Entrepreneurial spirit paired with a team-first mentality
• Committed to mastering systems and structure that scale production
• Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy culture
• Excited to be part of something big, growing, and impact-driven
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering world-class client experiences
• Consistent follow-through and professional standards in every aspect of business

$110,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
