As a Real Estate Agent with EO&A, you will:
- Build relationships with prospective buyers and sellers
- Prospect and follow up consistently to develop new business
- Respond to and work opportunities provided through team lead sources
- Learn how to conduct effective buyer and seller consultations
- Help clients understand the buying and selling process
- Attend property showings, inspections, and other client appointments
- Learn how to prepare offers, contracts, and other real estate documents
- Develop negotiation and client communication skills
- Maintain your contacts, leads, and follow-up in the team's CRM
- Stay informed about inventory and market activity in the communities you serve
- Participate in training, coaching, role-play, and accountability
- Build relationships that can lead to repeat and referral business
- Work collaboratively with other EO&A agents and team members
Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds an active California real estate license
- Is ready to turn their license into an active real estate career
- Is willing to prospect and follow up consistently
- Enjoys working with people and building relationships
- Communicates professionally and follows through on commitments
- Is comfortable learning scripts and practicing sales conversations
- Is receptive to coaching, feedback, role-play, and accountability
- Is willing to learn and use CRM and real estate technology
- Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Understands that building a real estate business requires consistent effort
- Values being part of a team and learning from more experienced professionals
Previous real estate sales experience is not required. This position is intended for licensed agents who are ready to learn, practice, and begin building their business.

Compensation & Professional Expenses
This is a 100% commission-based real estate sales position. There is no hourly wage or base salary.
Agents are responsible for maintaining their California real estate license and for any applicable professional expenses, including but not limited to membership in the appropriate local REALTOR® association/board and Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Compensation varies based on activity, transactions closed, commission agreements, and individual production.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging and other listing-related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
