• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring the best possible terms for clients.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and zoning laws to provide accurate and current information to clients.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, deeds, and leases, in a timely and accurate manner.

• Valid Real Estate License in the state of New Jersey
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Gloucester/Burlington County and surrounding areas
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with real estate CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required

$125,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
