Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide accurate advice
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
- Utilize marketing strategies, including online listings and social media, to promote properties and expand client base
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation
$97,500 - $145,700 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
