This accomplished professional is committed to leveraging innovative systems, streamlined processes, and premium training and coaching to elevate their career to the next level.

• Guide clients through the process of purchasing, selling, and leasing properties, offering professional support at every stage of the transaction.
• Perform thorough market analysis to assess property values, track trends, and evaluate competing listings to provide informed recommendations.
• Build and sustain a robust network of contacts, including prospective buyers, sellers, and industry professionals.
• Organize and manage property viewings, open houses, and client consultations to effectively promote listings.
• Draft and review offers, counteroffers, and contracts, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company policies.
• Negotiate sales and lease agreements to secure the most favorable terms for clients.
• Keep abreast of local real estate regulations, laws, and industry standards to deliver accurate and trustworthy guidance.

• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and building relationships
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-moving setting

$75,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
