• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
• Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Lexington area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings at the Nick Ratliff Realty Team office and various locations.
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local real estate laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth and timely closings.
• Utilize marketing strategies, including online listings and social media, to promote properties and attract potential buyers.

• Valid real estate license in the state of Kentucky
• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate sales preferred
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Lexington and surrounding areas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
