• Use PLACE lead generation tools each week
• Meet with buyers, help them sign agreements, and find the right homes
• Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
• Keep track of your tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host two open houses every month
• Turn your prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
• Join in weekly script practice sessions with the team
• Take part in team activities as expected
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Work with sellers to secure listings and promote their homes
• Share your knowledge on pricing, staging, and other listing services

• Self-driven sales enthusiast with a friendly, competitive edge
• Skilled at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding the right solutions
• Comfortable and confident in prospecting and generating leads
• Naturally good at handling objections with ease
• Clear and effective communicator who genuinely cares about providing great service
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Holds a valid real estate license
• Has at least 3 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong in both written and spoken communication
• Open to learning and growing continuously
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Open to learning and using scripts and dialogues
• Manages time efficiently and effectively
