G.R.I.T Home Professionals is on the lookout for a driven and energetic Real Estate Agent to join our team at our Lake Havasu City office, located at 135 Park Ave. In this role, you will thrive in a dynamic and rewarding environment, guiding clients through the exhilarating real estate market. Your responsibilities will include assisting buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at optimal prices and terms. • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring the best possible terms for clients.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and zoning laws to provide accurate and current information to clients.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, contractors, and other real estate professionals.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, contracts, and closing statements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Valid Real Estate License in the state of Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field
• Proven track record of successful property sales
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market and trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in CRM software and other real estate technology tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and professional ethics
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
