• Lead generation and relationship fostering
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Conduct open houses and showings, advise clients on all options
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
• Participate in team activities for community engagement
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

You are an intrinsically motivated professional with a desire to help others. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your areas of strength. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service. 

• Knowledge of military moves is a must; prior service or spouse of a current or former servicemember is preferred
• A current real estate license is not necessary; we will help get you enrolled in school

Our nationwide network allows agents to continue their careers seamlessly, no matter where military life takes them. We focus on empowering agents to serve military families effectively while accommodating their unique lifestyles. Our clients become like family, and we take pride in building lasting relationships that extend beyond transactions. We are honored to support our clients with each PCS move, whether buying or selling, ensuring they feel valued and understood throughout the process.
