Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program
- Regularly apply PLACE lead generation techniques on a weekly basis
- Guide buyers through the process, obtain signed buyer agreements, and help identify appropriate properties
- Represent both sellers and buyers during offer negotiations
- Keep detailed and accurate records of activities and tasks using PLACE Technology
- Conduct at least two open houses each month
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed appointments
- Participate in weekly script rehearsals in accordance with team standards
- Take an active role in team events and initiatives as needed
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Collaborate with sellers to obtain listings and promote their properties effectively
- Offer professional advice on pricing, staging, and other services related to listings
