Real Estate Agent Assistant / Showing Partner – PLACE Vegas Team

The PLACE Vegas Team is looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent Assistant/Showing Partner to join our dynamic and high-achieving team. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to support buyers and sellers through all phases of the real estate transaction
• Conduct property showings while delivering outstanding client service
• Manage daily tasks including client communications, scheduling, and transaction coordination
• Participate in PLACE training programs to enhance your skills and advance your career

Requirements:

• Valid Nevada Real Estate License (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Detail-focused, client-centered, and professional demeanor
• Dedication to teamwork and continuous professional growth

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$50,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
