Responsibilities

  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into client appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice following team standards
  • Participate actively in team events and initiatives
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Consult with sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and client information using PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are a self-driven sales professional with a competitive edge. Building rapport, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions come naturally to you. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths, and you handle objections with ease. You communicate clearly and are dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Compensation

$80,000 - $200,000 USD annually
This role is commission-based.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
  • Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings and attract potential buyers.
  • Utilize marketing strategies, including digital platforms and social media, to promote listings and expand client base.
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure ethical and professional service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Colorado
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate sales preferred
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Greenwood Village and surrounding areas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and client satisfaction

Compensation

$65,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
