Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch program to align with our systems and hit the ground running
- Execute lead generation systems weekly and convert prospecting activities into appointments
- Consult with buyers and sellers at a high level — converting sellers to listings and buyers to signed agreements
- Price strategically, advise on staging, and deliver full-service listing expertise from day one
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
- Track tasks and activities to stay sharp and accountable
- Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and Partner Call
- Commit to your weekly 1:1 coaching session with Chris and ongoing team trainings
- Demonstrate the professionalism and consistency that sets top producers apart
Qualifications
You're a fit if you are:
- Team player
- Licensed real estate professional
- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
- Are serious about hitting - and exceeding - your 2026 goals

Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
