Harrison Lilly Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents in the Dallas market who are ready to grow their business with the benefit of proven systems, quality leads, coaching, accountability, and ongoing support.

This opportunity is intended for candidates who currently hold an active real estate license. At least one year of real estate experience is preferred.

• Generate and follow up with real estate leads each week
• Consult with buyers and secure signed buyer agreements
• Consult with sellers and earn listing agreements
• Conduct showings, open houses, and listing appointments
• Negotiate contracts on behalf of buyers and sellers
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout each transaction
• Track lead generation, appointments, contacts, and closings in PLACE technology
• Participate in team training, script practice, coaching, and accountability
• Follow team standards and provide a high level of client service

• Active Texas real estate license required
• 1+ year of real estate experience preferred
• Previous real estate sales or production experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, follow up, and build relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with buyers and sellers
• Coachable, accountable, and committed to continued growth
• Organized with strong time-management skills
• Willing to follow proven systems, scripts, and team standards
• Professional, service-minded, and results-driven

$150,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
