This opportunity offers a 100% commission structure.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with buyers to understand their goals, secure representation agreements, and guide them in finding the perfect home.
- Negotiate offers confidently on behalf of both buyers and sellers to achieve optimal results.
- Leverage the team’s integrated technology and lead management systems to stay organized, track daily activities, and manage your pipeline effectively.
- Participate actively in team trainings, meetings, and events, contributing to our collaborative and growth-focused culture.
- Guide sellers through the entire listing process—from pricing strategy and staging recommendations to marketing and promotion.
- Offer expert guidance on market trends, home presentation, and positioning to help listings stand out and sell faster.
- Convert your prospecting and follow-up efforts into qualified appointments and signed clients.
- Dedicate at least 15 hours each week to proactive lead generation and business development activities to grow your pipeline.
- Host at least two open houses per month to increase visibility and connect with new potential clients.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
- Team player
- Licensed real estate professional in Texas
- 3+ years’ of residential real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to leverage technology and computer systems
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues to help make yourself successful
- Excellent time management skills
Compensation
$75,000 - $140,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
