Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Eugene area
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored property solutions
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings effectively
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, financing options, and industry best practices to provide accurate advice to clients
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Oregon
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Eugene and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with Habitat Team’s mission and values is a plus
Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
