Responsibilities

  • Graduate from our Agent Launch
    • We have a super dialed 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today’s market. The average agent closes (or pends) 2-3 transactions during this time, seasoned agent is 6-7.
  • Work with buyers to find them the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted
    • Who doesn’t love to look at houses all day? Be a student of the game while you master our proven buyer’s presentation and refine your negotiation skills .
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
    • We have a great training plan that involves great communication and when the agent gets their buyer’s offer accepted, we all win!
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
    • Nothing better than in-person training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate!
  • Work with sellers to go on listing appointments, convert and market the home
    • We have an amazing listing presentation, teach you how to be a local expert, market the properties, and help your sellers net top dollar.
  • Lead generate minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments and convert
    • This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say and do each day!
  • Conduct 3-4 public open houses monthly
    • Host 3-4 open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance. We have great training around this. 
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
    • We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up 3 or more days a week to the office. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking and social media. You get to do all this with us!
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training and partner calls
    • We treat this job as a career and not a hobby. We can show you a weekly calendar so you know what is expected of you.
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE technology

We have an amazing data entry system for you to track all your calls/ appointments, etc. as well as built-in AI to assist you in converting your opportunities that are not yet ready to buy or sell.

Qualifications

Are you a motivated Realtor, driven by success and eager to expand your skills? Building strong rapport, attentively listening to others' needs, and adeptly finding solutions are second nature to you. Prospecting and lead generation are where you excel, effortlessly overcoming objections along the way. Your communication skills are robust, enabling you to connect effectively. Committed to personal and professional growth, you're also passionate about giving back to your community and making a meaningful impact.

  • 3+ years of real estate sales experience (must be licensed)

  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues

Compensation

$50,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
