This is a full-time, commission-based sales position tailored for driven, competitive professionals aiming to earn $100k+ annually.
This is not a part time position. We seek highly motivated self-starters who are ready to take on a significant challenge and grow a thriving business.
On our team, agent are earning $100k+ by year 2 or 3, with top performers generating between $150k and $200k+ per year.
Market Coverage
Eau Claire • Chippewa Falls • Altoona • Lake Hallie • Menomonie
We are also expanding coverage in regions such as Rusk County (Ladysmith, WI) and Jackson County (Black River Falls, WI).
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads and work warm lead ponds
- Daily prospecting and follow-up to build predictable income
- Attend coaching and training sessions (scripts, business planning, accountability)
- Hold buyer and seller appointments
- Use our CRM and technology tools to stay organized and on track
- Participate in open houses and brand-building activities
Qualifications
- Full-time only (no part-time or hobby agents)
- Goal-oriented — must want to earn $100k+
- Must be willing to get your WI real estate license
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable, driven, and comfortable with a commission-only structure
Compensation
$100,000 - $190,000 USD Yearly

Our main hub is located in Eau Claire, WI. However, because of high demand, we are also looking for partners in Jackson County (Black River Falls area), and in Rusk County (Ladysmith area).
We focus on community events such as local volunteer opportunities (Feed my people food bank, the community table, earth day), supporting local events (Eau Claire Marathon), and giving back to our clients by hosting client-facing events (Giving pies to everyone for thanksgiving, summer cookouts, Christmas parties, etc)
