Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch enhanced for Experienced Agents
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consistently generate and cultivate buyer and seller opportunities
- Utilize proven systems, CRM tools, and operational support
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License Required
You may be approaching the point where scaling requires additional leverage, systems, operational support, or clearer structure. You are open to collaboration, accountability, and implementing proven models that create sustainable growth.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to high standards of service are essential.

Compensation
$125,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly
