Responsibilities

  • Follow up at least 15 hours weekly on incoming leads
  • Host weekly open houses to grow your pipeline and market presence
  • Advise buyers, secure agreements, and help them find suitable homes
  • Negotiate offers and manage the contract to close process for buyers and sellers
  • Track activities and conversations to improve performance
  • Convert leads into qualified appointments using team systems and tools
  • Attend weekly skills practice and team meetings to stay sharp and connected

Qualifications

  • Licensed real estate agent in NH or able to obtain quickly
  • 3+ years in real estate sales preferred; open to exceptional newer agents
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Skilled in prospecting, follow-up, and closing
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Coachable with a growth mindset
  • Willing to learn scripts and conversion systems
  • Excellent time management and self-discipline
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Competitive, goal-focused, and disciplined
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM tools
  • Able to maintain focus and follow a business plan

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
