Your Opportunity
Experienced real estate agents only. This opportunity is for proven agents who want to focus on relationships, negotiations, and closing business while a strong team handles the backend support—leads, paperwork, systems, database nurturing, and follow-up. Health benefits, 401k opportunities, coaching, and growth are part of the package.
Responsibilities
- Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and guide them from search to close so they become committed, well-informed clients.
- Consult with sellers, win listings, and position homes with strong pricing and strategy so listings generate momentum, sign calls, and additional opportunities.
- Negotiate offers and contract terms for buyers and sellers to protect client interests, create win-win outcomes, and keep deals together through closing.
- Execute daily lead generation and follow-up using team systems so the pipeline stays full and the team’s investment in leads turns into real appointments and contracts.
- Convert leads and prospecting conversations into in-person or virtual appointments and signed agreements so activity consistently becomes income.
- Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and status updates in the team CRM so operations can handle details, deadlines, and communication without constant agent intervention.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team activities so skills, strategies, and market knowledge stay sharp and aligned with team standards.
Qualifications
- Active Colorado real estate license in good standing, with solid working knowledge of state-approved contracts and common addenda.
- At least 12 closed transactions in the past 12 months (no new licensees), demonstrating experience managing buyers and sellers through contract to close.
- Strong command of your MLS platform, e-signature tools, and basic real estate tech stack (e.g., CRM, transaction management software, comparative market analysis tools).
- Proven ability to write, explain, and negotiate contracts and contingencies with minimal supervision, including inspection, appraisal, and finance-related terms.
- Confident using a CRM to track leads, notes, and tasks so operations can support you effectively and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Familiarity with fair housing laws, local/state real estate regulations, and brokerage compliance requirements, and a track record of operating within those guidelines.
- Learning-based and growth-minded, willing to refine scripts, dialogues, and negotiation approaches through ongoing coaching and training.
Compensation
$84,000 - $167,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
