Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
  • Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Colorado Springs area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings effectively.
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure ethical and professional service.
  • Utilize NextGen Home Group’s marketing tools and platforms to promote listings and expand client base.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate sales preferred
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships

Compensation

$65,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
