Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Business Growth training program
- Consistently implement PLACE lead generation and client care systems
- Build and maintain a personal database to generate repeat and referral business
- Represent buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction process
- Leverage marketing and operations support to scale your personal brand
- Turn prospecting efforts into scheduled client appointments
- Host open houses and client events to expand your reach
- Engage in weekly coaching and business growth sessions
- Track performance and client interactions using PLACE Technology
- Collaborate with the team while developing your own business identity
Qualifications
You’re a self-motivated sales professional with a competitive edge and a genuine desire to serve others. Building trust and rapport comes naturally—you listen, connect, and follow through. Lead generation energizes you, and you don’t shy away from challenges or objections. You’re coachable, communicative, and committed to consistent growth, knowing that long-term success comes from mastering your craft and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Active real estate license
- Minimum of 2 years full-time experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of successful closings or consistent pipeline
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to grow a personal brand
- Skilled communicator with excellent client relationship abilities
- Organized, self-disciplined, and results-driven
- Open to structure, systems, and accountability to scale your business
- Team player who values collaboration without sacrificing autonomy
Compensation
$125,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
