• Graduate from PLACE Launch and implement proven lead-generation systems designed to help you build momentum fast
• Leverage PLACE Technology to track tasks, activities, and performance with clarity and consistency
• Turn prospecting and lead-generation efforts into reliable, booked appointments
• Host TWO open houses per month to increase exposure, confidence, and pipeline growth

Client Consulting & Negotiation

• Work directly with buyers to secure signed buyer agreements and guide them to the right homes
• Partner with sellers to convert consultations into active listings and strong market presence
• Negotiate offers CONFIDENTLY with the backing of proven systems and team support

Train, Practice & Perform

• Participate in weekly script practice to sharpen communication and conversion skills
• Receive weekly 1:1 coaching, ongoing team trainings, and Partner Calls focused on growth and accountability

Listing Expertise

• Learn to advise clients on pricing strategy, staging, and listing services that drive results
