Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including potential buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales or leases to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate information and maintain professional standards.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri
- Minimum of 2 years experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in St. Louis and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and legal requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Compensation
$97,500 - $145,700 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
