Responsibilities
- Finish the PLACE Launch program
- Use PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Help buyers with agreements and home searches
- Negotiate client offers
- Record activities in PLACE Technology
- Host two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting into appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice and team events
- Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services
Qualifications
- Driven by sales with a competitive spirit.
- Expert in building relationships and identifying client needs.
- Proficient in lead generation and prospecting.
- Skilled at overcoming objections.
- Strong communicator committed to service.
- Team-oriented collaborator.
- Valid real estate license required.
- At least 1 year of real estate sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Growth-focused and eager to learn.
- Highly organized with great time management.
- Willing to learn scripts and dialogues.
Compensation
$80,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
