• Finish the PLACE Launch program
• Use PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Guide buyers, finalize agreements, and help them find homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of clients
• Record tasks in PLACE Technology
• Organize two open houses every month
• Convert leads into scheduled appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice and team events
• Join weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, obtain listings, and promote properties
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services

• You have a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge.

• Prospecting and generating leads are your areas of expertise.
