Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
  • Consistently apply PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis.
  • Guide buyers through the process, obtain signed agreements, and assist them in finding ideal homes.
  • Expertly negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers.
  • Track and manage tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
  • Conduct at least two open houses each month.
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed appointments.
  • Participate in weekly script practice sessions to meet team standards.
  • Engage actively in team events and activities as outlined by team guidelines.
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
  • Counsel sellers, secure listings, and promote their properties effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in pricing, staging, and other listing-related services.
  • Foster and contribute to our close-knit, family-oriented culture that sets us apart.

  • Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
  • Skilled at building relationships, actively listening, and providing tailored solutions
  • Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
  • Naturally adept at handling objections
  • Effective communicator dedicated to exceptional client service
  • Collaborative team member
  • Holds an active real estate license or eager to obtain one (we offer free assistance to get licensed)
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities
  • Growth-oriented and eager to learn
  • Well-organized with the capability to utilize systems efficiently
  • Open to learning scripts and dialogue techniques
  • Excellent time management skills or ability to leverage our systems and frameworks

Compensation

$100 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
