Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Help buyers navigate the home buying process from consultation to closing
- Conduct home tours and market education
- Write and negotiate offers
- Maintain strong client communication throughout the transaction
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships using CRM systems
- Attend team trainings, coaching calls, and collaborative meetings
- Build a strong referral-based and repeat client business
- Deliver an exceptional client experience at every stage
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We are searching for agents who are:
- Licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina (or currently pursuing a license)
- Motivated and self-disciplined
- Open to coaching and growth
- Strong communicators who enjoy helping people
- Organized and willing to follow systems
- Goal-oriented with a positive mindset
- Excited to contribute to a collaborative team culture
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
