Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties.
- Negotiate offers effectively on behalf of both sellers and buyers.
- Maintain and monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
- Host two open houses each month.
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Engage in weekly script practice in accordance with team standards.
- Participate in team activities as per team guidelines.
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Advise sellers, convert consultations into listings, and market properties effectively.
- Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong intrinsic motivation and competitive drive in sales.
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport, actively listen to client needs, and identify effective solutions.
- Expertise in prospecting and lead generation.
- Natural aptitude for overcoming objections.
- Exceptional communication skills and a dedication to service excellence.
- Collaborative team player.
- Licensed real estate professional.
- Minimum of one year of experience in real estate sales.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Committed to continuous learning and personal growth.
- Highly organized.
- Open to learning and applying scripts and dialogues.
- Superior time management abilities.
Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
