Key daily responsibilities include:

  • Converting warm leads generated through our targeted systems and marketing campaigns
  • Hosting dynamic, high-impact open houses that drive conversions
  • Conducting buyer and seller appointments with accuracy and professionalism
  • Following a disciplined weekly routine of calls, follow-ups, and pipeline management
  • Leveraging our scripts, CRM, and technology tools to achieve measurable results
  • Upholding exceptional standards in response time, communication, and professionalism

Responsibilities

1. Create New Business Every Day
Make proactive calls, respond lightning-fast to inquiries, and stay in consistent conversation with your pipeline.

2. Run High-Impact Open Houses
Prep, market, and host open houses that actually convert, not just sit there.
Why it matters: This is one of our fastest paths to listings, buyers, and immediate closings.

3. Lead Powerful Buyer & Seller Appointments
Use our proven presentations and scripts to win trust and win business on the spot.
Why it matters: Strong consultations separate top agents from everyone else—and dramatically raise your close rate.

4. Guide Clients Through a Five-Star Experience
Show homes, write offers, negotiate like a pro, and support clients from first meeting to closing table.
Why it matters: Exceptional service = more referrals, more repeat business, and a bigger long-term book.

5. Work Your Pipeline Like a CEO
Keep your CRM updated daily and follow through on tasks, follow-ups, and next steps.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License
You’re licensed and ready to get into real production — fast.

• Experienced or Newly Licensed — Both Succeed Here
Whether you’re rebuilding your business or just getting started, our systems are designed to either
double your income or get you into real, measurable production within your first 30 days.

• Driven, coachable, and ready to follow a proven plan

• Strong communication and people skills
You need to be confident leading conversations, asking smart questions, and building rapport.

• High accountability and performance mindset

• Comfortable using basic technology (CRM, mobile apps, texting, video)
You don’t need to be technical — just willing to use our tools to move faster and stay organized.

• Willing to work a productive schedule
Some evenings and weekends are normal. The more available you are, the faster the momentum builds.

Bonus if you have:
• Previous sales experience
• Strong follow-up and communication habits
• A competitive drive and desire to close 2–4+ deals monthly once ramped

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
