Responsibilities

  • Training & Mentorship – Engage in hands-on training, role-playing, and demonstrations led by a seasoned agent to master industry best practices.
  • Lead Development – Utilize our robust lead generation system with real buyers and sellers, while actively applying our PLACE lead generation strategies weekly to enhance your own prospecting abilities.
  • Hosting Open Houses – Leverage your personable nature alongside our proven resources to conduct open houses that effectively draw in potential buyers and sellers.
  • Effective Communication – Apply tested relationship-building techniques to transform conversations into meaningful appointments and client connections.
  • Script Practice – Participate in weekly script rehearsals designed to create a supportive environment and sharpen your communication skills.
  • Collaborative Team Environment – Take part in dynamic team activities that build strong bonds and foster a sense of community within the group.
  • Ongoing Coaching & Development – Benefit from weekly one-on-one coaching, engaging training sessions, and Partner Calls to exchange insights and accelerate your professional growth.
  • Client Consultation – Utilize proven systems and technology to guide buyers and sellers confidently through every step of the home buying and selling journey.
  • Property Matching – Identify homes that align with your clients’ needs and secure signed buyer agreements to help them find their ideal residence.
  • Negotiation Expertise – Employ established scripts and negotiation tactics to advocate for your buyers, crafting deals that satisfy and exceed client expectations.
  • Administrative Support – Rely on our dedicated support team to handle up to 75% of the typical Buyer's Agent tasks, allowing you to focus on client relationships and closing deals.
  • Advanced Technology Use – Take advantage of our innovative PLACE Technology to streamline client management, helping you consistently achieve your personal and professional goals while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Team player
  • Licensed real estate professional or in Real Estate School
  • Real estate sales experience a plus but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$75,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
