Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Prospect Park West area and surrounding Brooklyn neighborhoods.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to ensure seamless transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities using company CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Real Estate License
- Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate sales preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Brooklyn real estate market, especially Prospect Park West and surrounding neighborhoods
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional client service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Compensation
$95,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
