• Train and coach with me
• Execute my lead generations standards daily and weekly
• Conduct open houses when you get listings
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in script practice
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings
• Consult with buyers and sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

You are an intrinsically motivated real estate sales professional with a competitive spirit. You have sold 4+ homes. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones, or you think they might be. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.

I have been in real estate for over 20 years and have thousands of leads and past clients in my database. I travel and work in other areas so I am unable to fully commit to working with clients. I am looking for 2-3 partners who I can work with, train and mentor.
