Who You Are: A Driven Real Estate Sales Professional

  • Highly motivated with a competitive edge

  • Skilled at prospecting, lead generation, and handling objections

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads consistently through proactive weekly activities.
  • Conduct a minimum of two engaging open houses each month.
  • Convert your prospecting and lead generation efforts into qualified appointments.
  • Participate in regular script practice to hone your communication skills.
  • Actively engage in team activities to foster collaboration and growth.
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, team Hangouts, and partner calls for continuous improvement.
  • Expertly consult with sellers, secure valuable listing agreements, and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of strategic pricing, property staging, and comprehensive listing services.
  • Effectively consult with buyers, secure buyer representation agreements, and identify their ideal properties.
  • Skillfully negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for your clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • Must possess a valid real estate license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of successful real estate sales experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and implement effective scripts and dialogues.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
