Responsibilities

  • Graduate from the PLACE Launch program to establish a solid professional foundation
  • Apply PLACE lead generation systems consistently on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, obtain signed buyer agreements, and help identify suitable homes
  • Access top master negotiators in Ann Arbor to enhance negotiation skills for representing sellers and buyers, ensuring the best results and boosting earning potential
  • Maintain comprehensive records of activities and tasks using PLACE Technology
  • Host at least two open houses monthly to promote listed properties
  • Convert lead generation and prospecting efforts into scheduled client meetings
  • Participate in weekly script practice to improve communication aligned with team standards
  • Engage actively in team meetings and collaborative initiatives as needed
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training, and Partner Calls for continuous professional growth
  • Consult with sellers to secure listings and implement strategic marketing to attract buyers
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and other listing services to maximize property value

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$76,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
