• Manage and nurture your client relationships from lead to close
• Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments with professionalism and precision
• Maintain consistent lead follow-up and pipeline development (our team supports this too)
• Collaborate with internal support (TCs, admin, marketing) to streamline transactions and free up your time
• Contribute to strategy, growth ideas, and market knowledge as a peer and partner
• Implement proven business-building strategies with guidance from leadership
• Protect and elevate your personal brand while leveraging the tools and identity of a high-trust partnership

• Cold call 5 hours a day
