Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
- Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
- Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
- Take part in team activities as per team guidelines
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market their properties
- Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications

- Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales

Compensation
$150,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
