Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in the St. Louis area.
  • Utilize The Collective Company’s resources and marketing tools to generate leads and grow your client base.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market and neighborhoods
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices

Compensation

$97,500 - $145,700 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
