Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in the St. Louis area.
- Utilize The Collective Company’s resources and marketing tools to generate leads and grow your client base.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market and neighborhoods
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
Compensation
$97,500 - $145,700 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
