Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Launch
  • Follow PLACE lead generation systems each week
  • Work with buyers from first conversation through signed agreement and closing
  • Work with sellers from consultation to listing to sold
  • Price homes confidently and advise on staging and prep
  • Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers
  • Track activities and tasks in PLACE technology
  • Host at least two open houses each month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation into real appointments
  • Attend weekly script practice
  • Participate in team meetings and activities
  • Commit to weekly one on one coaching, trainings, and Partner Call

Qualifications

  • Team-first mindset
  • Active real estate license
  • At least one year of real estate sales experience
  • Strong communication, written and verbal
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Organized and reliable
  • Willing to learn and use scripts
  • Solid time management

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
