Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the Rise Property Group Launch program, powered by PLACE, establishing a strong operational and production foundation.
- Execute our proven lead generation systems weekly with discipline and consistency, maintaining full engagement in the team’s growth models.
- Consult with buyers at a high level, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and guide 2–3 clients per month through the home identification process with clarity and confidence.
- Represent both buyers and sellers in negotiations each month (2–3 transactions), advocating strategically and ethically to protect their best interests.
- Maintain meticulous tracking of all tasks, client communication, and pipeline activity within team technology platforms to ensure excellence in follow-through.
- Host a minimum of two intentional, well-executed open houses per month to generate relationships and expand market presence.
- Convert consistent prospecting and lead generation efforts into 1–2 qualified appointments weekly, sustaining forward momentum in your business.
- Participate in weekly script practice, sharpening communication skills to uphold the team’s standard of professionalism and service.
- Engage fully in team initiatives, meetings, and collaborative activities, contributing to a culture built on accountability and shared success.
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, team trainings, and Partner Calls, embracing continuous development and performance growth.
- Consult with sellers to secure listing agreements, oversee the marketing process, and position homes strategically for maximum exposure and value.
- Demonstrate mastery of pricing strategy, property preparation, staging guidance, and all listing-related services to deliver a refined client experience.

Compensation
$70,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
