Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch to get fully up to speed on our systems and standards
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly, consistent basis
- Convert and nurture Zillow Preferred leads with urgency, professionalism, and follow-through
- Consult with buyers; convert with signed buyer agreements
- Consult with sellers; convert to listings and market homes with a high-touch, strategic approach
- Negotiate offers on behalf of clients with skill and confidence
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategy, staging, and full-service listing support
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into scheduled appointments
- Conduct two open houses per month, consistently
- Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and the Partner Call
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching and ongoing training
Qualifications

You thrive in a structured, high-performance environment, and you're as excited about developing your craft as you are about closing deals. Experience working online leads, and an understanding of what it takes to convert them is a strong plus. You're not just looking for another team; you're looking for the right one.
- Active real estate license
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with online lead conversion (Zillow or similar) a plus
- Willing to learn and consistently apply scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management and organizational habits
- Growth-minded; you take feedback and act on it
- A genuine team player who elevates the people around them
Compensation
$70,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
