Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and driven leader to inspire and advance our top-tier real estate team in Seattle. The perfect candidate values ongoing professional growth, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is passionate about building a thriving and reputable career in the real estate industry. A current real estate license is mandatory for this position.
Responsibilities
- Maintain team lead’s schedule
- Maintain team calendar
- Prepare listing presentations and CMA’s
- Reconcile expenses and prepare expense reports
- Organize and respond to team lead’s correspondence
- Open and distribute mail
- Prepare all marketing mailings
- Answer phones
- Handle client inquiries and complaints
- Maintain supplies, office equipment and software
- Engage in PLACE Operations onboarding and ongoing consulting
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

Compensation
$45,000 - $85,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
