About the Role
Real Estate Buyer’s Agent
Become part of a supportive team dedicated to providing homebuyers with a personalized, consultative experience. As a Buyer’s Agent, you will identify and develop leads, guide clients through each stage of the home-purchasing journey, and build lasting relationships that support long-term success in real estate.
From day one, you will have access to comprehensive training, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing guidance from a collaborative team committed to helping you reach your goals.
No real estate license yet? No problem. Eligible candidates may receive sponsorship for pre-licensing education, as well as step-by-step support throughout the licensing process, helping you prepare to serve clients as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Work with home Buyers and Home sellers to achieve the home related goals
- Generate and follow up with leads using proven scripts and systems
- Consult, educate, and qualify buyers to understand goals and guide decisions
- Schedule showings, show homes, and attend open houses
- Support negotiations and coordinate communication to achieve the buyer’s goals
- Manage required transaction documentation and help ensure a smooth closing
- Track activity, follow-up, and pipeline inside our systems
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- People-oriented, positive, learning-based
- Strong communication skills and a service mindset
- Ability to set goals and follow through with consistent weekly effort
- Availability and flexibility to accommodate buyer schedules (some evenings/weekends)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Reside within ~40 miles of Wilmington (19803)
- High school diploma or equivalent; authorized to work in the U.S.
Licensing + time commitment (success requirements)
- You must obtain a Delaware or Pennsylvania real estate license before working with clients
- If you are not licensed yet, you should be prepared to complete licensing in about ~90 days with consistent weekly progress
- Minimum commitment: 20 hours/week (part-time) — full-time encouraged
- This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity (not W-2)
Service area
We operate primarily in New Castle County & Kent County (DE) and Delaware County & Chester County (PA).
Compensation
$48,000 - $73,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
