Starting your journey as a Showing Agent or Showing Partner is an excellent entry point into the real estate field. This position provides a strong foundation for building a successful and long-lasting career, enabling you to increase your earnings while maintaining a flexible schedule.
The Showing Partner, also referred to as the Showing Assistant, plays a vital role in assisting the buyer’s agent by coordinating and leading professional home showings for clients. This role often involves close collaboration with a busy buyer’s agent or their team. During the initial meeting, the Showing Partner engages with buyers to thoroughly understand their home preferences and purchasing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients by demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, positivity, and attention to detail.
- Assist home buyers and sellers in navigating the process of purchasing or selling properties.
- Communicate effectively to understand client needs and provide exceptional service throughout the transaction.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and show dedication to professional growth within a supportive, learning-focused environment.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that help clients achieve their real estate goals.
- Maintain a valid real estate license prior to engaging with clients; support available for those pursuing licensure, including free real estate education.
- Work on a commission-based compensation structure with flexible part-time or full-time opportunities.
Qualifications
- Friendly, upbeat, and eager to learn
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of buyers
- Experience in customer service or real estate is a plus
- Motivated to set and reach personal goals
- Must have a Delaware or Pennsylvania real estate license before working with clients (we can help with FREE real estate school!)

Compensation
$24,000 - $47,999 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
