• Work with high-quality buyer and seller leads provided by the team
• Master proven scripts and strategies to convert prospects into clients
• Run buyer consultations, listing appointments, and open houses
• Use our CRM to track, follow up, and manage clients efficiently
• Attend daily training and skill-building sessions
• Participate in events and monthly First-Time Home Buyer classes that generate leads for you
